Noryxa Labs LLC is a US early-stage limited liability company developing games, software and apps. This notice covers this informational website and voluntary email contact with us. It does not cover future released apps or games; separate product privacy policies will be provided before launch.
We plan to use in-app advertising (IAA) and in-app purchases (IAP) in suitable future products. These features are not active on this website or its current web prototype. Product-specific data practices, advertising services, and purchase terms will be explained before release.
2. Website browsing and email
This website has no contact forms, user accounts, payments, analytics or advertising/tracking scripts. If you choose to email us, your email address, message and any details you include are processed to respond to your inquiry and manage the conversation. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your inquiry.
Client project inquiries may include your name, company, requirements, attachments, or other information you choose to share. We use these to assess the inquiry and discuss potential work. Please share only what is needed for an initial discussion; any project-specific information handling can be agreed separately.
3. Browser preferences and the demo
The site reads your browser language and uses localStorage under the key noryxa-language to remember an English or Chinese selection. You can clear this preference in your browser’s site-data settings. The playable demo runs locally using canvas and Web Audio; its code does not upload gameplay, scores or audio. We also remember your theme choice locally under noryxa-theme (system, light or dark). By default, website pages follow your system color preference; a manual choice takes priority. Clearing site data removes the saved choice. The playable demo retains its own game palette and does not receive this theme preference.
4. Hosting and email providers
Hosting and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details, delivery metadata and message content to deliver, secure and troubleshoot their services. Their processing can depend on the provider and service configuration; the absence of tracking scripts does not mean that infrastructure logs are absent.
5. Your choices and privacy requests
Email contact is optional. You may clear local site data or contact info@noryxalabs.com with privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete information you have provided. Applicable rights and any limits depend on the law and the circumstances; we may need information to verify and respond to a request. Internet and email transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes to website features or information handling will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
